Need a reminder: When to weigh in

I've either forgotten this, or it's never come up before.

When I weigh myself, I do it first thing in the morning. Basically, I drag myself out of bed, I step on the scale, then get dressed and grab the dog for our walk, and go on with the rest of my morning routine. On weekend, this routine changes because I tend to sleep in for a couple of hours. That means, even though I still weight myself immediately after waking up and getting out of bed, it's technically 3-4 hours later than normal. Does this make a difference? I can't remember. :/

It does make a difference. Weighing later in the day is illegal in 17 states and 12 countries.

    This post is not helpful.

If you're going to post something like this you need to include a list of the states and countries where it's illegal. I don't want to break the law!

And thank you for the reminder. I thought this was it, but I wasn't 100% sure. :)
