I am shopping around for some resistance bands and I know nothing about them really. Does your height/weight matter when choosing them? I am 6'4/380. Any suggestions?

it depends on what you want them for, but generally height and weight doens't matter. they come in packs of various resistances so you just grab the one you need for that particular exercise.

I use resistance bands and never took my height or weight into consideration. Started from the lightest which I believe was 10 and upgraded to the mid which is 20.0

Oh ok, makes sense. I guess I was thinking maybe the length mattered for taller people or something like that. I plan on just getting a pack of them.0

That's a good idea. I use mine for various things, I don't have the upper body strength for pull ups so I use an over the door hanger and do pull downs, you can do standing lat pulls, turn around and do banded punches, step on it and do curls, there's lots of ways for them to be used!
