What is your favorite exercise video? Mine is Just Walk with Leslie Sansone. I like Richard Simmons too.

    Denise Austin hit the spot abs. Its old as dirt. I actually own it on vhs but I love it. Cheesy at heck but my abs always hurt the next day.

    I have been doing daily burn for a couple of months
    I choose Keira and the move challenges
    I also do stability ball and weights 5 and 8 pounds

    I don't have one anymore but when I was a kid I jammed to the mickey mouse workout vinyl records. I think they had VHS, can't remember.

    Oh man I miss those things! I'd totally use them now!
