So what is everyones long term goal? I want to weigh 205 pounds by my vacation in March 2016. I would have to lose 86 more pounds. I hope I can do it!!!

Squat 600 raw. Probably a decade away.2

Get into my clothes I fitted in prepregnancy. I can zip them up but don't quite fit yet, which means I will be back in healthy BMI range. Ideally 55-58kg, depending on muscles. I'm 5"2.1

Maybe weigh around 120lbs with 20 percent body fat wearing size 2. Be fit and healthy for many years.1

To get back to 75 kg. Started at 137.7kg. Have currently lost 22 kg. A long way to go, but doing great.1

Healthy BMI and a size 10/123

Be 120lbs and do a sub 12 hour ironman. Am currently 156lbs and my best time so far is 13 hours and 15 seconds.0

I want to run a lot of marathons. I'm shooting to run my 1st marathon by 304

Lose 100 and maybe a few more once I get there & I would like to be able to go sky diving and not feel like a fatty in the fat person suit size.0

Mid-range BMI, 135#'s and size 4/6. To get there in 2016 and stay there forever. 5'7"f2

I try not to judge my weight with long term goals cause I'm not sure how much muscle I want to put on yet. I guess my long term goal is to look in the mirror and feel like I look the way I should. All the right stuff in all the right places.5

I'm roughly 215-220 atm, I'd like to weight 196lb before my wedding in September, nearly the weight I was when we met.0
