Hi I'm Hattie, I have tried over and over to lose weight. I'm only 5' 1" and waight 145. I have such a sweet tooth it's crazy and keep falling for it. Once again I'm trying another app to see if I can lose some weight. Any suggestions to shake it?

Make room for little treats in your daily calories.

Start by eating healthy. Try staying away from processed foods. I read somewhere to try eating a small box of raisins whenever the sweet cravings hit. Fruits can be very sweet and satisfying.

Use the food diary. You can use it to plan your day in advance. As said before, do plan treats. Whether it's a Hershey Kiss, an ounce of Godiva, or a Funsize Snickers, learn to budget a treat and to stick to your budget for treats. The whole point of this app is to teach you how to live healthy, so allow yourself to learn. At 5'1" you're going to be proud of reaching nonederland in the next year or so. For my treat, I have prunes. Yes. Prunes. They are sweet as candy and serve as my desert. Today I had 4.00 oz of Blue Bell Cookies and Cream ice cream. It fit within my calorie budget and there's no need for me to try to eat the whole tub because I know that tomorrow is a new calorie budget.

I build mine into my day i was the same when i started so I had to cut back and replace with other healthier foods & I found a gourmet yogurt with real raspberry's in it . I have that and 30 grams of real raspberries nearly every night . I also have the small Protein FX locarb mini protein bars choc caramel - they are 105 cal & 8.5 grams of protein I have these like today when i do more than 1 class at the gym it feeds my chocolate needs and gives me a bit of protein  & fruit Not sure where you are but I'm on a red pawpaw kick at the moment it's sooo very sweet ... Life is for enjoying look for better for you replacements cold turkey is just likely to set you up for a crash .. Also lots of people on here have open diaries i have a look sometimes just for ideas and to see what else i might like :)
Also check your protein levels you may not be having enough I know when i have a goodly amount of protien i dont want anything else .. & some people like peppermint tea they say it cuts sugar cravings ..
