How well does having 1-2 higher calorie days a week work for you so you don't plateau ? Or should you not start this unless you know for a fact that you have hit a plateau first before starting it.

I've never noticed a difference whether I have them or don't. Others report otherwise. The highest I generally bother with is maintenance, which was today.1

A plateau means you're eating at maintenance already, so eating more calories won't do anything to help you lose.0

If you're eating less calories than you burn you shouldn't have a plateau right? According to CICO! So just make sure you have a deficit and you shouldn't plateau.0
