Hello,
So I've not long moved to another country and its so hot.
My appetite has gone. Is this normal? I'm worried that I'm not getting enough calories in. Especially as I lift a lot at the gym

I lose my appetite whenever I go to Thailand due to the hot weather. I think you will need to make a special effort to eat more particularly if exercising.

    Hopefully you will acclimatise soon.

I'm trying so hard to eat more. It just makes me feel sick if I eat.
    Hope I acclimatise too soon

Try to find foods that won't trigger the nausea as bad.

Raw fruits and veggies, cold chicken, salads with light dressing. The key is to avoid oily or over spiced foods. Anything that gives you a good bit of water when you eat it is usually easy to get down.

It was 104F here today, and it isn't even high summer yet, so I have a little experience with this one.

Look at what the locals eat. Some spices are cooling.

That happened to me last month due to summer heat. Count calories if you are concerned about under eating.

If you can't bring yourself to eat, you could get some calories in through cold beverages. Particularly if you can stomach protein shakes or fruit smoothies, that could be nutritious as well.
