Motivation and Tips

Motivation, I can't seem to maintain it. I loose focus always and it's frustrating me. I put my mind onto loosing weight and I'll stick with it for awhile, but then I loose myself and all my hardwork goes to waste. I'm seeking for motivation, tips-anything to help me on my weight loss journey. I'd just like to feel good about myself and actually see the results.

    I've always heard that motivation is fickle, and not something you can rely on. Instead, being determined and creating good habits will get you to your goal.
    I mean, that's no where near as fun as motivation, but you also need to remember that you're doing this for the betterment of yourself, and you are one of the most important people in your lives.
