Anyone tracking inches lost?

I have been tracking my measurements for the past 16 weeks, based on 9 data points:
Neck
Upper Arm
Bust
Underbust
Waist
Hips
Upper Thigh
Lower Thigh
Calf
I am amazed to find I have lost 34lbs and 32.25" in the time. That's pretty much 1" per lb!
Sadly my bodyfat remains the same 30%, but I'm sure when I have lost more (CW 146, GW 130) I will be able to work on that :-)
I eat Low Carb, average 1150cals per day. I work out 5 x a week 45 mins on tradmill (20 of that with hand weights) and 30 mins strength training each workout.
I would be interested to know if anyone has similar results?

I've been losing weight since last July, 21 lbs so far. I started keeping track of inches in November and to date I've lost 27 inches overall. I did not measure my neck or break down upper and lower thigh, I just did one general thigh measurement for each leg.
My body fat is still very high, but went down by 5%, and I'm adding weights to my workouts to help decrease it.
Keeping track of the inches keeps me motivated, and has changed my body so much that I'm able to wear smaller sizes at a higher weight.

I've lost 36lbs since January 5th. So far in inches I have lost 33" total in the areas I track (chest, waist, biceps, hips and upper thighs). No idea on body fat as I only recently started tracking it with my scale and calipers. Currently at 27.2% and I only have 9lbs left til goal. Can only imagine what it was when I started but I'm guessing over 30%.1

Interesting capaul42 36lbs = 33", so very similar numbers to me.
darlswife, how heavy are your weights? I use a pair of 10lb dumbbells and a 10lb kettlebell (must buy a heavier one now!) and up to 30lbs on my barbell, depending on the exercise. I have been lifting for six months, but just not increased the weight past this as I workout at home and have limited equipment (and for safety).0 -
I have to increase my weights soon too. I've been using dumbells(10lb is my biggest one) so far but will probably end up buying a barbell set as soon as I decide on my next program. Leaning towards Strong Curves so far but may check out Strong Lifts.0

I looked at SL5x5, but there is no way to do it at home as it needs considerable equipment and space. Looks really great though, so good luck if you try it! There are so many success stories on here from people doing it.0

CaliforniaAJ I'm only using 4 pound weights. I'm going to get some heavier ones when I start my next workout program in 2 weeks. I think it's helping because I can do push ups now, and I couldn't before I started the upper body workout with weights.0
