Heaviest Weight: 192-195 lbs
[ ] Goal weight: 135-140 lbs
Current Weight: 187-190
~~~~Goal weight for October 2013: 155-160 lbs
~~~~Goal weight for December 2013: 150-155 lbs
~~~~Goal weight for March 2014: 140-145 lbs
~~~~Goal weight for June 2014: 135-140 lbs
[ ] Goal hips: 30-34 inches
Current Hips: 39
[ ] Goal waist: 28-32 inches
Current Waist: 36-37
Thoughts? Ideas? I drink minimum two liters of water a day, my diary is open. I do have low vitamin D and depression which I takes pills for. I'm pretty sure the deadlines account for healthy weight loss.
I walk to and from the train station (~half mile each way) every morning and exercise for a half hour during my lunch. I'm also starting to go hiking every other weekend or so. Anyway, just thought I'd put this up here for some more ideas on creating a healthier lifestyle.
