Thoughts? Ideas? I drink minimum two liters of water a day, my diary is open. I do have low vitamin D and depression which I takes pills for. I'm pretty sure the deadlines account for healthy weight loss.

I walk to and from the train station (~half mile each way) every morning and exercise for a half hour during my lunch. I'm also starting to go hiking every other weekend or so. Anyway, just thought I'd put this up here for some more ideas on creating a healthier lifestyle.
