Upper body free weights

What program do you recommend for upper body weight lifting using free weights?

    What about the lower body? Pick a structured program you like that includes both and run it. Bodybuilding.com has some. You can also choose a strength program.

    I see and speak with so many people that only train upper body it's not funny but yet it is when you see their legs.

    I can't deal with that. I mean I bench 3x per week too but there's still plenty of time for legs.

    Also OP I'm not assuming you don't train legs, but it's just easier to pick one program that works upper and lower. Do you like body building or power lifting?

    I run so squats and lunges help me with training lower body.
