Hi everyone,
I have have a 24 day challenge group going for anyone who is interested? It starts 7/5 but you can start whenever it's convenient for you. I have done this challenge twice now and both times I have lost 10-15lbs but more importantly I lost inches. It's all about clean eating and meal planning.     I'm just a mom of 4 kiddos trying to finish losing my baby weight and share what is working for me, with others, as I wish I would have know about this health and wellness company a while ago. That's all. The pink stuff you must be referring to was my morning Spark... lol
