    A similar thing happened to me when I was 15. It was pretty embarrassing too. Don't worry though. It shouldn't cause any permanent damage.

    Well now we're breaking this fun rhythm we got going but, yes, you got it. It's to be used when telling someone who is agitated, excited or anxious to "calm down." Comes in handy for sarcasm as well as a practical concern lol
