Whats your schedule like?

How do you schedule your fitness/healthy eating around your life?

I figure this post can help us get ideas to change up our schedules or help those who use the 'I don't have enough time' excuses


Meals- I try to cook them the day before. If I can't, I bring protein shakes and fresh veggies/salad to work.
My work drawer/fridge is full of food too, just in case... peanut butter, crackers, granola, yogurt, salad, veggies etc.

My day:
6:00am- wake up, take the dogs for a walk, get ready for work and son ready for school
7:30- 4:30pm- work!
5:00-6:00pm- pick son up from daycare and eat dinner (daycare is about a block from the house)
6:00pm- leave for the gym
6:15-7:45- workout
8:00pm- get home, eat a snack, watch tv and get ready to do it over again :)

So, even though i'm a single mom who works 9 hrs per day, i'm still able to eat healthy and work out at the same time!
