Keep me away from chocolate! (Hi, I'm Emma)

Hey, I'm Emma. I recently just graduated and as part of my new start I really want to lose some weight. I've been overweight for all of my teens, tried various diets and I'm weight has never been at a constant.

Currently I am at the biggest weight I've ever been, mostly due to stress eating during my last year of university. I have depression and anxiety, and I only recently got help for these. Good thing is that I graduated with a first in my degree but the bad thing is that I am 14 stone and only 4'11. I need to keep positive and motivated and I hope this site can help me with that.

The food is the easy part, I love all things healthy it's just I've overindulged my love for chocolate. I need help getting exercise. I'm mainly looking for anything I can do at home for free. If anyone can recommend me videos of workouts I can get online that would be brilliant. I also plan to walk as much as I can, I'm lucky my home town has some amazing places for walking.
