Hi everyone
Was on here back in 2014, and lost around 40lbs. Just by eating at a defiect. With my only exercise being the original wii fit and good old fashion long walks. With the occasional light rollerblading.
Then I went back to school ( Mental Health PSW) and between the anxiety of going back to that lifestyle after many years away was eye opening.
So between major life changes, and an untreated childhood knee/ quad issue, rising to the surface like a nasty pimple. Things we just like a typical t.v soap opera for myself personally.
I did end up doing physio therapy for awhile for my knee, and regretfully had cortizone and pain medication, that ultimately did nothing but cause weight gain and frustration. ( anyone else have this?)
After graduating a year ago and having a job change this year, I feel like my life is back on track and the time off has allowed me to refresh and start new.
Anyways, I'm back up to 235ish and I'm 5'7" female from Niagara, Ontario Canada.
Have a gym membership, but super nervous and shy to even go. Only went to pay the bill...
Add me, I'll be active!
