I want to run! I can run 5 minute intervals right now and will be at 10 minute intervals within a month. I want to run a 5k :)

Sign up now! You can always take a walk interval during the race. And there's always people just walking the whole thing.

Goal is 18% body fat and strong. Within the year I'd love to squat 225. I also signed up for my first power lifting meet.

I'm working on squashing the little voice inside that tells me I'm not good enough and I shouldn't bother trying. Most of the people I train with guys from uni (I'm female) so they've got a natural genetic advantage (lol). It's difficult to not just feel like I'm useless because they're all so much stronger and faster than me.

I train quite a lot, in a normal week I'd ride 220-300+km, run 20-30+ km, strength training, was swimming but still trying to rehab a shoulder injury...but I can never get up the courage to actually go and race, convinced I'll be terrible and it's a waste of time and money. Doesn't help that I've been battling a lot of injuries so I'm always worried that I'll enter and then not be able to do it.

When I think about my goals, they're actually mostly things that I probably could do right now or in a month or two if I had the courage to try. I want to do an olympic triathlon (shoulders permitting) and run a sub 2:00 half marathon.

My cycling goals are all very vague, I'm progressively working on attempting more and more difficult routes, longer and with more climbing. I'm gradually finding that if I don't second guess whether I can do something on the bike or not I almost always can...though descending steeper gradients really terrifies me.

This season, my husband and I have completed a 100 km, 160 km, and 200 km randonnee which we plan to use toward a Nouveau Randonneur award.

We have also completed a 200 km and 300 km ... which we hope to use toward a Super Randonneur. And this is where the goals come in. In order to complete the Super Randonneur, we need a 400 km and a 600 km. The season ends October 31, so we'll see how we go. :)

To get my strength back up and do unassisted pull-ups again. Also to lean out enough to start a bulk in the fall and build up the glutes. Then cut down.

Once I am happy I most likely I will get pregnant again then start the whole thing over. How fun!
