Looking for people with similar goals and stats to help in MUTUAL and RESPECTFUL motivation who understand compaable struggles.

Starting Weight: 226
Short term goal: 194
Long term goal: 140
Exercise: Fitbit to get 8k steps in a day, weight lifting about twice a week (LOVE TO LIFT).
Diet: Ominvore; lots of food from Latin America.

    Long term goal: 120
    Exercise: 5x a week with StrongLifts M,W,F for the past 10 weeks and cardio (bicycling and running) Tu, Th & some Saturdays. Currently nurturing a shoulder/rotator cuff injury due to bench press.
    Diet: eat everything with extra protein

    I've gotten down as low as 178, but I've been slipping lately and am ready to get back to it! I post every day when I'm counting, and I'm not always positive, but I'm always real! Looking for as many friends as possible.
