Hi! Motivation tips?!

Hi all, my name is Sarah and I am looking to lose 45lbs. I am currently 175 but would like to get down to about 130 if possible. I have tried losing weight many times over the last few years but I always lose my motivation after a week or two but I'm tired of failing!! What do you all use for motivation and how do you find time in your day to workout? I would love to make some friends on here to help motivate each other to reach our goals!
