Fenix 3 HR and MyFitnessPal Calories Don't Match

HI all,
I am having difficulty syncing my Fenix 3 with MFP.
The issue is "calories remaining" at the end of day. Every day, there is a several hundred discrepancy between the two.
In this example (see attached images), Fenix 3 shows 613 calories remaining and MFP shows 137.
Thoughts?

Your activity/exercise isn't matching. MFP shows 472 exercise. Garmin shows 948 active.
Interestingly 948 is close to double 472. Is it possible you are logging your exercise in both MFP and Garmin and Garmin is adding both whereas MFP is recognizing it as a duplicate?
Another thought is . . . are you using the Fenix is an activity tracker 24/7, not just for specific exercise? If so, see if there is a way in MFP to select Garmin as your step tracker since it's already syncing specific exercise.
You should look in MFP under exercise to see what MFP has the 472 listed as and then look in Garmin Connect to see what makes up the 948.

I've had this problem from the beginning. I have Connect and MFP pal synced with negative adjustments on. I always defer to what MFP says.
I know it's not a solution but just wanted you to know you aren't alone!1 -
I can't give you any advice but I can at least provide another data point. Fenix 3 HR user here.
MFP says I have 2,020 calories remaining today; a goal of 2,050 and an adjustment of -30 from exercise.
GCM says I have 2,339 remaining. It shows 289 active calories, with 249 of them from my lunch walk, the rest are presumably from walking around throughout the day.
MFP sees my 249 calorie walk, but there is a -279 calorie adjustment. I've got myself listed as sedentary and have walked 6,279 steps so far today. I don't understand why the negative adjustment, but it seems to be the source of the confusion.2 -
Garmin changed their formula for resting calories about 2 months ago. Since then the adjustment has been ridiculous. I'm set at sedentary and I have to get about 12000 steps to not have a negative adjustment.1
