I started my journey at 275.7 pounds on 01/01/14, I was having anxiety about dying in my sleep and this guy I was seeing for a few years broke it off with me. I decided it was time for a BIG change. I never talked about losing weight or wanting to. I just decided to do it. This weekend I am running in a 10K and a 5K. I'm pretty excited and cannot wait!

INCREDIBLE!!!! You are an inspiration! May I ask since you mentioned the loose skin- it really looks like you don't have any at all. Is that an illusion? Did you lift at all?

It's posts like this that just inspire me to keep moving forward and working hard.

P.S. I LOVE the dress in your "before" picture!
