Fitbit Calorie Adjustment

Hi All,
I'm wondering what people do with their additional exercise calories on days where they haven't done an actual workout. I'm just curious because on days that I walk 10,000 steps without a workout, I'm given about 350 "exercise" calories, but without the Fitbit connected, I wouldn't have any additional calories. Thoughts or suggestions?

The same thing I do with the ones from an "actual workout," I eat them. Your body doesn't know whether the energy you burn is from a workout or just moving around. It is all energy expended.0

I thought so! But does that mean I was technically under-eating before I got the Fitbit to make those adjustments?0

Assuming that you are measuring your calories in correctly and you're not one of the people who finds the Fitbit overestimates your calorie burn, yes.0
