Hello. I am a former Weight Watcher. I was successful at getting to my goal weight 14 years ago but I've gained 20 lbs back and am determined to lose them. I am a runner and I dance for fitness. I do some cycling as well. I would like to friend other people that would like mutual encouragement to eat well, keep tracking, and keep active.
