Is anyone doing the blood type diet?

I started 1 year ago and lost 25 pounds by simply eating only what was beneficial to my body - it was easy. Then came the holidays and a knee injury. I put on 15 pounds. Just started back on BTD and my knee is almost better. Can't wait to get more active and feel better!

So being more active helped you lose weight and the blood diet only works if you're active?

No thanks. I can lose weight & eat foods I like, foods that I will be eating for a lifetime. Portion control is why I'm fat, not a list of foods I need to eliminate (forever?). Highly restrictive diets don't give you the tools needed to keep the weight off.

    No good reviews here:

The vampire life isn't meant for me. Maybe in another lifetime.

You lost weight because you were in a calorie deficit, not because of some magical program that says, with no scientific support, if you eat certain foods and not others based on blood type.
