Does anyone have a low calorie, creamy salad dressing that they would share? Thanks

Ranch Seasoning Packet (follow packet instructions & modify to reduce the calories)
Low/nonfat plain Greek yogurt in place of mayo
Lowfat/1% buttermilk to thin it out - leave out the buttermilk and you have more of a dip consistency

I find a little oil really helps with satiety. If you want to control the calories, measure out the dressing carefully.

For a lighter creamy dressing, try low fat mayonnaise or yogurt.

Really easy and great on chicken salads
1 part BBQ sauce (I like TJ's Carolina Sauce) mixed with 4 parts buttermilk

Fage 0% and season to taste. You could add siracha for something on the creamy spicy side or I buy the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning container from Costco. If I wanted something like lemon I would add lemon pepper, lemon juice.

Salsa mixed with a little non-fat greek yogurt, little bit of packaged ranch dressing (less than a 1/4 tsp) thinned just a little with fat free milk--really yummy
For a non-creamy and really low cal, try Newman's Own Seseme Ginger--great on bland rice too.
