I have lost 60 pounds 3 year ago from a RNY revision and gained 8 pounds back - trying to lose at least 20 pounds before the end of the year and hopefully will receive some support from everyone that is also trying to lose any weight.
Today i am going to start swimming ever other day and get my exercise in, otherwise I am a "sitter" and not motivated to do much exercise.
Hope to hear from you and your ideas - I love to eat and snack all day long so this site will keep my aware of what I have ate and what I can eat after work. Chocolate is my temptation and it has now been 2 days with none.
