I love smoothies and have one every day. They are fast, nutritious and yummy. I have 3 or 4 go to smoothie recipes and am always looking for more. The recipe below is what I make if I feel like I need a treat. Usually I don't add any sweeteners but this one has Nutella in it. I call it the Crunchy Monkey.

Crunchy Monkey Smoothie

1 small banana
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup frozen Tropical Fruit Blend (cantaloupe, papaya, pineapple and raspberry)
1/2 cup of Organic Skim milk or Almond Milk
2 tsp Chia Seeds
1tsp Nutella
1 small square of 85% cacoa

Do you have a favorite smoothie recipe?

    My absolute favorite one is,

    -Chocolate almond milk
    -Protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
    -Frozen strawberries
-Then usually some water to thin it out a little bit

Taste like chocolate covered strawberries !<3

I'm living on smoothies and soup at the moment, after some dental treatment.
Here's a couple that I've had in the last few days:

    - Blueberries, peanut butter, rolled oats, milk, cinnamon, half a banana, baby spinach.
(very tasty but a disgusting colour!)

    - Banana, mango nectar, coconut milk powder, unflavoured soy protein.
(very sweet due to the nectar, this won't be a regular one, but it's a nice treat).

    - Frozen cherries, milk, peanut butter, weetbix, vanilla.
(bit bland, this needed something else for more flavour).
