Hello all! I am back again, hopefully sticking to it this year. I am Kristen, 40, from CT. I have one son who is 12. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2009, but never did what I should have and gained back and am close to the starting weight. I need support and encouragement. I have a few types of arthritis. And so exercising can be hard for me. But I gotta start somewhere! I did go for a half hr walk today with my son. Anyone wanna be buddies and cheer each other on?

    Have a hard time walking because of plantar fasciitis in my feet

    Hi Kristen, very similar story here! Gastric bypass in 2008, now almost back to beginning weight:( I have 3 kids and live in Virginia. I would love to connect and encourage each other and share advice on getting this tool (pouch) back working!!!
