So far I'm down 361 to 220lbs. I want to get down another 30-40 but oh so hard.

    i seemed to stall with weight loss but started a CKD Keto diet and have dropped around 10 this month so i am happy with that. I guess after so many days in the gym I am just getting a little impatient to get to where I want to be. With stamina higher now it seems I have to do so much more in the gym to lose. I am determined and stubborn though. AND thanks everyone
