I keep getting these annoying paid for fitness messages on fb

Have you gotten these? Where a friend messages you asking you to watch a commercial and then asks you to sign up for their workout plan?

The workout name doesn't deserved to be mentioned but it's kinda irritating seeing these and more than anything I feel bad for these folks who

1. Fall for the pyramid scheme. It's the oldest business tonic water trick in the book
2. Feel the need to blow a hundred bucks on videos and how to eat guides.

This stuff is free in real life. Real free resources are out there. I didn't have to spend a single dollar on ANY weightloss aids (for the exception of groceries and smaller exercise gear).

Spending almost a hundred bucks on a Promise to lose 25 pounds in a couple months is just as bad as signing up for a payday loan.

Be careful folks. Don't buy into these and dont let people sucker you into peddling this stuff
