Hey all!
I keep flirting with MFP, then lose motivation. Time to commit for real. My initial goal is to be down 20 pounds by the end of September, which would put me around 160 (I am 5'3"). I want to re-evaluate from there, but would love to dip my toes back into the 140s again.
I just started lifting weights again, and am working on my hiking endurance and want to get back into swimming. My activity level can fluxuate a ton in a given week, so I have a Garmin Vivoactive on the way to track it all. I would love some friends, my name in Connect is RGugs.
