Sad just can't seem to get it righy

I've bought a food scale measure everything and as far as I can see changed nothing...I'm so sad I still weigh 262 seems it stays there for over a month...add 3 pounds by end of day weight ...I'm starting to think I'm crazy and and think did I really lose 18 pounds or not??? Help very discouraged

    If your not losing weight, your not eating at a calorie deficit

    How many calories are you eating? Are you eating back your exercise calories?

    If your weight has stayed the same for over a month you need to look at how much you are eating :/ but don't give up, stick with it, tweak a few things in your diet and the weight will start to come off.
