Need to speed my weight loss!

I had my little girl 15 months ago. I have lost a stone of the baby weight and need to lose another 2 stone. My weight has gone up and down in that time. I am slowly beginning to lose weight or maintain every week. I have a wedding in October and would love to feel slim and pretty. Would love to lose the two stone by then. Is it possible???
Anybody with tips or photos to help motivate me will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Jade

Enter your information into MFP, select sedentary as your activity level, choose 0.5 kg/week as the amount you want to lose. MFP will give you the maximum number of calories you can eat. Stick to it.
Maybe you'll lose the amount of weight you want ... maybe you won't. But you should lose some of it. And if you only lose 1 stone ... you're closer to your goal than you are today.3 -
Thank you. have you had much success doing that plan?0

Yes ... I lost 25 kg.
I lost 15 kg in the first 16 weeks, and then slowed my loss and took a little longer to lose another 11 kg. I've been maintaining for about 6 months now.
I'll also add that I exercised every day and only ate 50% of my calories back at most during those first 16 weeks.1 -
Should be doable. Google tells me 2 stone is 28 pounds. Depending on exactly when in October the wedding is, you have about weeks. Conensus seems to be to shoot for 2lbs a week max. That is 26lbs, pretty much 2 stone. I've lost 33lbs in the last 3 months, so you should be fine with a lot of focus and hard work0

I would go by what they suggested above. If you don't see the right results after really following your goals, I would check into getting a nutritionist or messing with your macros. Macros are extremely important and your body could have shifted and changed a lot after your pregnancy. Macros, sleep, and stress are all huge factors which ultimately might change how you eat and work out.0

The main thing is to start now ... the next thing is to stick to it.
If you wait a week or two or three, you're losing valuable time. If you go into it half-heartedly, you won't get the results you want.
Start today and stick with it for the next 6 weeks. Then decide if you think it is worth it to continue.2
