I am a 20 year old girl that is weighing 225 and is looking for a good diet and workout plan. Is there any help out there to figure out a weight loss plan or program. I would like to go one some sort of a program if there is any way possible. I'm ready to lose weight back down to my normal size!

Well you are on MFP and it really is so simple and easy to use imo
Set your weight loss to 1 - 2lbs a week (personal preference), MFP will give you the amount of calories to eat at per day that you should eat to lose. If you choose to exercise then you will earn extra calories to eat back.
If you don't have a food scale, they are cheap but really are such a useful tool for measuring portions.
Track every single thing you eat.
Log in consistently every day and before long you will start to see results.

Eat as explained above.
Do exercise you enjoy, personally fitness dvds are torture for me but do them when I can't cycle or climb.
Thats all the plan you need. Eat better, sweat more. Cravings and laziness are what will stop you.1 -
Track everything you eat and do your best to stick to appropriate calorie and macros goals. What I do and what I recommend to people is to eat at a calorie level that allows you to make good progress towards your goal. If you are trying to lose weight, eat so you drop 1-2 lbs/week. This assumes an average calorie burn from you getting in all of your workouts. This will be different for everyone, so you'll have to do some trial and error to figure it out. I'd start ~1600 cal/day. Hit this goal, along with your macros and getting in your workouts, for 2 weeks. If you lose 1-2 lbs/week, you're good to go. If you lose too much, increase your intake and repeat. If you don't lose enough, reduce your intake a bit and repeat. After a few cycles, you'll figure out what works for you in your situation.
As for workouts, there are lots of good workout programs that you can do at home. I would suggest the you pick one that incorporates resistance training with high intensity cardio workouts to optimize weight loss while protecting muscle mass as you diet down.
After that, it just comes down to time and focus. You can do it!
