The hunger monster

I usually eat pretty well and am always around my target weight. At the moment my hunger levels are crazy.

Yesterday I had massive bowl of cheerios, McDonald's lunch, family size dairy milk, banana, proper dinner, then more cheerios.

I don't count calories any more but it must be 3000+ and I'm feeling the same today.

My stomach is growling every hour and nothing seems to be filling me up.

Has anyone had this and if do how to stop the viscous circle.

Sometimes on the day after higher carbs we are more hungry the next :/

Today you should count calories and eat whats normal calories for you. Don't deprive yourself because of yesterdays eating.

If you don't count calories how do you know how much you are eating? are you still trying to lose?

When I have real hunger I eat satisfying and filling foods - protein and fats especially. I also drink lots of water, if I know my body has had sufficient food it could just be dehydration.

I only count when I hit 11 stone. Which is my bmi25 weight. I generally fluctuate from 10.5 to 11 which is fine for me.

I'm trying to increase strength, stamina and general fitness and maybe lower fat%, but could easily pack on some fat if this keeps going more than a day or 2.

As for dehydration, I drink 6 pints of water a day plus milk, coffee, soup etc. so I'm pretty certain it isn't that.
