Have any of ya'll been hungry but whatever you mention to yourself to make you'll be like nope nope nope! Currently it's morning here and I'm pretty hungry. But whatever I think of I just don't even want it. It's seriously making me moody. Now I'm hangry!!!! Is this just me or is this common? It happens from time to time and i don't want that to defeat me.

Food is food, you have to eat.

I quite often look into my full fridge and think there's nothing I fancy!

It is quite ok to really deep inside want something else than what you really should be eating. No need to be moody over food..

My hangry is not because I cannot choose, it usually is because I had a really heavy lifting secession and my calorie allotment will not allow me to eat what I want because I do pre-plan and pre-log for the day!

You defeat it, it does not defeat you!

Have a cup of tea or glass of water and then see how you feel.

Oh man yes it happens to me a lot. It's really tough on me because that's when I'm more likely to end up binging, because sweets always appeal to me no matter what... When I'm in the mood for something specific, at least my meal will be satisfying, so I'm less likely to raid the snack cupboard.

    Hate that feeling!
I find in this circumstance, though, that as soon I put something in my mouth I instantly want it (unless it's because I'm stressed out). Good opportunity to go for a super healthy food or one you've never tried!

Happens to me somewhat regularly. I feel hungry but have no appetite for anything. Don't know why ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I usually either wait it out, drink water, or eat a small snack of something bland to satisfy the hunger feeling.

It happens to me once in a while. I usually end up waiting until I do know what I want. Fill the void with tea or coffee.
I find it goes away fairly quickly. If you're hungry, eventually you'll know what you want. If you're not actually hungry, the hunger goes away.

I think it's a product of always having similar foods. I had almost a month where chicken just turned me off! That one was rough.
