Just starting out

I really don't like exercising but do it anyway. I'm at the point where I need to something that is somewhat quick but packs a lot of punch. And have no idea where to start. Any suggestions

    If you don't like typical exercise activities, find something active that you enjoy but don't necessarily consider "exercise." Go for a walk, ride bikes with your kids, play basketball in the driveway, race someone to the end of the block.

    Agree with poster above. Also, fitness blender has a lot of free videos - try out different ones until you find something you like.
