Hi there,
Wondering if anyone out there with autoimmune disease(s) has tried an anti-inflammatory diet such as one where you cut out dairy, gluten grains, added sugar, etc? Has following this eating plan helped your symptoms? How long have you been on this diet? Thanks!

I have MS & Celiac Disease...and since I have Celiac I can't have gluten, barley or rye foods. I wouldn't suggest a particular diet...I have a piece of Canyon Bakehouse Cinnamon Raisin Bread in the morning which is gluten free and yummy. I still have sugar, just not the processed junk. Try Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut butter.0
