Connected apps

I want to make the most of all the connectivity that we have between apps, so I'm curious how to properly go about setting up so that there's no conflict. I have an iPhone, but I also have a Fitbit. Should I connect both the Fitbit and the Apple Health to the MFP? Are there any settings I need to change to ensure the best possible accuracy between the apps? Thank you guys very much, and I look forward to my journey!

From my experience you need to set up one place where you're going to log all your Cardio [Walking/Running/Cycling/Rowing] activities then sync that to MFP. IF you log running in Apple Health and Fitbit, then sync them both you're going to get double logs.
I would use Fitbit, of those two, because it will also sync your steps.
As far as accuracy is concerned. Both of them use their own logarithms. Both of them will get you in the ball park but neither are 100% accurate. Nothing really is when it comes to calories burned, at a consumer level.0 -
I sync'd my activity tracker only.
I still use my phone app and mapmyfitness but not sync'd here.
mapmyfitness is sync'd to my activity tracker tho.0
