Time for a real change

At 38 I have decided it's time to stop the yoyoing and actually make a real life style change. My goal is -20 lbs and permanent change in my eating style.
Bad habits are: skipping meals breakfast and lunch usually. Lazy exercise like slow walks. Drinking 4 to 6 cups of coffee a day instead of eating....just to name a few.
Could really use a support network.
