Getting healthy!

I'm doing it this time. Used to be 220 lbs for the longest time after moving back home and getting a desk job. About 2 weeks ago I found I weighed 230. I'm already down to 217 as of yesterday, feeling better about myself and it's starting to show. Seeing the progress just by changing my diet a bit and cutting sodas really has me motivated to get under 200. If along the way I gain some muscle/tone, awesome. Just mainly looking to improve my quality of life and make healthier decisions.

  • Seriously a great move,... I was in the same boat a couple months back. Taking that step to make a change is very hard, and you did it! Congrats and if you need support, I and the community will always be glad to motivate and encourage you as you reach and beat your goals!
