When you are weighing fruits that have pits and cores should you log the whole weight, or just what you ate minus the pit and core?

I would weight it, eat what was edible, then weigh the remnants. Much like I did with chicken legs/wings.0

I peel and slice my apples and then weigh them. Things like cherries I just just weigh whole and figure I'll overestimate a bit. Larger fruit with a pit such as a peach, I cut up first like apples and then weigh.
And now we'll see if this thread turns into the whole "I eat the core and the seeds, too!" replies. I've never heard of that until this board. Seems odd to me, but to each their own.0 -
I log the fruit + inedible parts. It's usually only 10-20g(ish) more than without, which isn't too big of a difference for me to have to worry about lugging the pit/core back home to weigh it.1
