Homemade Popsicles!

My sister got me some popsicle molds for Christmas and they are my new favorite thing! Last night I blended up 4 peaches (sliced them into wedges, skin and all), 1 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbs vanilla extract, 1 tbs almond extract, poured the liquified mixture into the molds, and froze overnight. They are super yummy, nutritious, and only 68 calories!

Anybody else have homemade popsicle recipes they like?

    I mix strong coffee, a little fat free coffee creamer (any flavor) and maybe a little choc. syrup for mocha. Pour into molds & freeze. Refreshing & super low-cal.
