Hi Everyone,
I have been working this program since June 2 and have lost some pounds and inches. I'm excited and have set an 18 month goal. I need some support and encouragement and am willing to give in return. Thanks.

I have seen only modest changes since I began this journey (now in month 3).
33 days of 10,000 steps or better. I've lost about 10 pounds. Impressive loss of inches in my neck and some from hips too. I'm learning that it's not all weight pounds. Many of my meals and snacks are now 300 - 450 calories with carbohydrates 45-60 max. I would love some support and encouragement and I am willing to share.

Maybe we can support and encourage each other and attract others. I have been doing aerobics, walking and a lot of rebounding exercise. I just left Pilates which I had done for about a year!
What exercise are you going?
I have 34 consecutive days in excess of 10,000 steps and my legs and abs are showing positive effects!0 -
I had a Reshape gastric balloon "installed" on April 28th. On Memorial day I started walking (3/4 mile at 1.7 mph). Yesterday I walked over 2 miles at 3mph. I average 10,000 steps or more 6 days a week except this past week due to illness and weather.
I need new clothes, but I am putting it off as long as possible.
Since I spent the money on the balloon I am treating losing weight as my JOB.
My highest weight was 295. Since April I have gone from 271.9 to 231.8 for a loss of 40.1pounds!2 -
