    A little about me:
    I'm not yet 40. I am a BellyDance with a local preforming Troupe. We dance Ren Faire and art festivals mostly. I recently saw a picture of myself on the RenFaireweb website and it was the Oh no moment! I decided it's time to make a real change no crash diet no pills no gimmicks. Just Exercise and calorie counting. Change my habits.
