i'm lost with what I have to do, in terms of exercise and a eating programme. I don't want to start some type of exercise that is wrong for what I want.

Good thing gaining a substantial amount of muscle as a women without steroids is pretty much impossible so you don't have to worry about it. You can do any form of exercise you want,0
