Can stress cause weight loss to slow down? I was doing great the weight was coming off. I am still watching what I eat and I work out everyday. But I have been under a lot of stress. My marriage is falling apart and stress from work just wondering if this could be causing the slow down?

Yes. And you need enough restful sleep.
While you are going through this time, be patient with yourself.1
