Hello I am a 21 year old who started out at the weight of 237.... I was counting my carbs for the first 2 months but now I only count my calories.... As of today I have lost 73 pounds. My daily intake is about 1300 calories and I Normally burn 500-600 calories at the gym. I do som sort of exercise daily....if I don't I feel like a bum : (
I know your supposed to take a day or two off though.
My questions are.... Should I be eating more calories since I am burning so much at the gym? Should I be drinking protein shakes to get more protein/cals?
And also, I have noticed a significant amount of hair loss/thinning.... Does anyone know what th cause of this could be or what I could do for it?
Thank you all!

Hair loss is usually a good sign that you need to be eating more. If you're using MFP it expects you to log your exercise and eat at least some of the extra calories you burn. Another common method of figuring your goal is to take a moderate cut from your TDEE (calculated on a site like http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/)0
