Started walking a week ago with my 2 dogs... I fear they are in for the long haul whether I want to or not!!! Committing to a mile a day to start which is not as impossible for me as I anticipated... Like the goal of increasing number of miles each month... I am an evening walker and a night person... Really enjoying getting out more rather than laying around...
