I tore my talofibular ligament in my ankle and its still not 100% healed. Each time I workout it aches. Any ideas for cardio tips.

Should it be healed by now? I'd be talking to a doctor and/or a physiotherapist before going too crazy.

I tore 3 ligaments in my ankle a LONG time ago and there are days it reminds it is there. Stay on top of your therapy or it could be a very long recovery. Do you lift weights? Shorten your rest between sets to increase your heart rate so the workout itself is cardio.

I agree with pdxhak - I did the same to one ankle, and broke the other at a different point in time. Healing is #1 so if it hurts, please stop doing cardio. You can do arm, leg, back, and core weight lifts without using your ankle and it's better for burning calories long term anyways. Take it from someone who always takes recovery too fast, you will absolutely regret it if you push yourself.
